Will you be my Valentine???

I wasn't real sure about this Valentine's Day I kept hearing about everywhere I went this month but I think I have it figured out now. It's all about the flowers, candy and cards. My gamma gave me a card that was full of actual kisses when you opened it and mommy and Mick got me a big red dog. We named the dog Valley and I love rolling around on the floor with him he's big, fluffy and soft. I got my gamma some flowers and a card and mommy and I took them to her house while she was sleeping. She said she liked them a whole lot. So I guess as long as you show up with flowers and cards you will always be hit with the ladies on this particular day of the year. Anyway I hope there aren't alot of days like this in the year cause I don't know if my piggy bank can handle much more.

Mick can read........

Here's one of my new pics reading one of the dozens of books that Mick's sister Cathy donated to my collection. I try to read a book every night when I'm not too tired. Sometimes I think Mick skips some pages but I get the general idea of what this bear named Pooh is doing. I love to hold the book with him and sometimes all I really want to do is chew on it but mommy and Mick won't let me. Anyway, just wanted everyone to know that I have started a new hobby and I think I'll be reading to Mick in no time.

Do you hear that????

That's the sound of silence. Yep you are not going to believe it but I am sleeping the entire night in my own bed by myself. Well actually I hold tight to my giraffe but still. Mommy and Gamma say I am such a big boy now. I get to read two books at night and then I lay in my bed for a while and the next thing I know it's morning and Mommy is grinning at me. I will admit that the first couple of nights I woke a few times but it was nothing I got a little upset then rolled over and went to sleep. I know that Mick misses spending so much time with me at night but I think he'll get over it real soon. By the way, that stuff my mommy and the ladies at school keep trying to shove in my mouth isn't happening. They keep shoveling and I keep spitting it right out. I think it's kind of funny really they make all these faces at me and I just keep my mouth closed tight as I can. All I have to say is bring on the real food my friends because that stuff is just plain yucky.

Yes they're all for me......

It's Christmas morning and here I am in front of all my presents. I have no idea what's in them and no clue how to open them but they sure look pretty. Santa dropped off lots toys and filled my stocking full of socks and stuff. I can't wait to put all those toys in my mouth but right now my favorite toys are my feet and they follow me wherever I go. My gamma bought me this funning looking hat and they insisted I try it on and my Uncle Wilson and Aunt Carolyn sent me this great stuffed animal. Anyways, we had fun and I bought lots of great gifts for Gamma, Mick and Mommy. Then I went to Micks mom and dad's house and hung out with Luke, Devin and Lauren. They were all really nice to me and Mick's dad held me the whole time cause he likes me so much. I hope your Christmas was as good as mine.

To Granny's House I Go....

I almost forget to give you the 411 on my first road trip. First of all it took mommy hours to pack all my stuff and maybe she didn't realize we were only going for one day. She packed enough clothes, socks, bibs and stuff for the Jon and Kate plus 8 kids. She took my sleeping chair, the big boy chair and I think if she could have squeezed the swing in she would have. Anyways, I slept most of the way down there and woke up in a strange place with a bunch of short ladies smiling and kissing on me. I thought mommy and gamma were bad with the smooches but these ladies, I need to start charging a kissing fee. On Thanksgiving day there was alot of fuss and activity, people coming and going, and a whole lot of cooking. I didn't see what the big deal was with the 3 meats and 15 side dishes when all they had to do was pop a little milk in the microwave. Anyway we all ate, Mick packed all my stuff back in the car and we headed home. It was fun to see some new faces and as long as someone else is packing and carrying the bags I can't wait to go again.

My mommy keeps taking these pictures while I'm sleeping. She thinks I look so peaceful and sweet. She no idea that I'm dreaming about driving her crazy the minute I'm able.

Hey it's Cherann and I don't mean to be sappy because you know I'm not but I saw a picture frame that said, "The only thing worth stealing is a kiss from a sleeping baby." And looking at these pictures I can't help but agree.

Camo and Smiles...

This is my mommy's new favorite picture of me. I don't know what all the fuss is about but she's been passing this one around all over town. She loves the fact that I am smiling and she finally caught me with that camera she always has in my face. Anyways.. at least I have on my manly camo. Don't know what I'm going to hunt for, but at least I look good in green.
